The client primarily processes snack foods, compound seasonings, and whole grain products in the United States. Previously, they used traditional hot air drying equipment, which suffered from uneven drying, incomplete sterilization, high energy consumption, and long production cycles, severely restricting the quality of their exported products. Based on the client's production capacity, factory size, and EU food production standards, our company customized a fully automated tunnel-type microwave drying and sterilization integrated production line. The equipment is compatible with local industrial voltage and production conditions, achieving food drying, sterilization, and ripening in a single process. The entire process features intelligent PLC precise temperature and speed control, effectively reducing the total bacterial count and extending shelf life, while also saving over 30% in energy. Since its commissioning, the equipment has been operating stably, maintaining 24-hour uninterrupted mass production, helping the client achieve standardized and large-scale export production.
